After working in youth theatre, community arts and community development, Hank worked as a management development consultant. From 2008 - 2011, he worked as a Creative Agent under the government's Creative Partnership programme, working with secondary schools in the north west to explore ways of injecting creativity and choice into curricula and pedagogy. In the last phase of his career, he worked extensively with several UK universities and also supporting the development of the Higher Education Sector in Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
