Synopsis

A video concerning the issue of vehicle congestion and its damaging health effects on Oxford’s residents and visitors. Initially composed of street interviews with passers-by – both pedestrians and drivers – on the topic, Bash the Baddy then turns its focus to the work of a local environmental group who we see protesting for a car-free city centre. They put Councillor Charles Shouler on the spot, holding him personally responsible for preventing Oxford from having a car-free city centre.
