A black-and-white interview video by Basement Project where two young Black teenagers, Pauline and Liz, interview each other, speaking candidly and playfully about their love lives, their ambitions and their desires for the future. Pauline speaks about her plan to become a nurse, having grown up in East London. She then opens up about her love life, her troubles with her boyfriend and her future plan to have 4 children. Elizabeth explains that she works as a typist, and plans to marry and have children when she is 24 or 25, noting the potential difficulties of being a working mother. Elizabeth and Pauline interrupt each other, ask one another provocative questions and change their minds constantly.
