A black-and-white video showing a Prince of Wales Crescent Residents Association (POWCRA) meeting with people milling around and talking and looking at display signs of the Council’s Plan. Kentish Town’s self proclaimed “eloquent junkie” speaks about the gap in the Association’s modes of communication with the local community, noting that “junkies don’t read leaflets”. The camera is passed around between different individuals in the room. At one point, we hear a speech from a man who speaks about how they should pitch the council a financial viable framework.
