This collection examines the structural barriers to employment in London, the psychological impact of unemployment, and the limited skills training available to young people, with films documenting discussion groups and conversations that examine the underlying barriers to employment across race, class, and regional divides to expose the systemic obstacles for certain individuals to build nurturing long-term careers; as well as examining the effects of public funding and policy within various London boroughs, particularly the GLC boroughs.
