Fly a Flag for Poplar is an eighty-minute documentary made in the 1970s on the Poplar area and its community, whose members helped with the planning and execution of the project. The video includes images from the Community Poplar Festival and its various activities, interviews with members of this community sharing their thoughts on the festival and Poplar itself, archive photographs relating the history of the area, and finally a discussion between the organisers of the festival debating about the event's achievements, goals and future.
